We work with individuals, owner-operated businesses, and practitioners. Our borrowers typically value an unhurried process and a clear written commitment over the fastest available rate.
An initial conversation is typically returned within one business day. A full written review — including indicative terms — generally follows within seven to ten days of receiving a complete file.
For individuals: two years of tax returns, recent statements, and a short narrative of intent. For businesses: financial statements, an operating history, and any collateral documentation. We will guide you through anything else as needed.
We do not publish standard rate sheets. Every file is read on its merits, and terms reflect the structure, security, and horizon of the specific transaction. We quote in writing and only after review.
Yes. Conversations remain between the borrower, their counsel, and our firm. We do not sell or syndicate prospect lists, and declined enquiries are closed without further contact.
